From these sites you can see the boats on the Intracoastal Waterway, and on a clear day, even observe the rolling waves breaking in the ocean. Or you may choose a site on Nixon’s Mill Creek characterized by high bluffs overlooking beautiful marsh grass and a winding tidal creek. You can feel the ocean breeze as it gently rustles the marsh grass and cools the air.

Homesites on both waterfront areas allow water access by small boat, kayak and canoe. Launch your boat from your back yard and enjoy a day of fishing, visit nearby beaches or take a kayak tour.

Another unique lifestyle option within Eagle’s Watch, exists around our two large natural ponds, home to ancient cypress trees, box turtles and great blue herons.
